Description

Project involves construction of a new training building and medical warehouse totalling 36,016 sf, a 6,338 sf Organizational Maintenance Shop(OMS, and a 1,071 sf unheated storage facility. The project will be permanent construction with reinforced concrete foundations, concrete floor slabs, structural steel frames, masonr y walls, standing seam metal roofing, mechanical systems and electrical systems. Supporting facilities include site preparation, pavement (POV & MEP), utilities, and fencing. The project will be a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procurement. Proposals will be evaluated based on the following technical factors: Prime Contractor Experience, Prime Contractor Past Performance,and Sub-Contractor Experience in the following areas: Masonry,Electrical, and Mechanical. This solicitation is subject to the Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZone Small Business Concerns. NAICS is 236220. Estimated cost range is $5,000,000 to $10,000,000 M.
