Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Yuma Area Office, Yuma, AZ has a commercial item supply buy to furnish and deliver, Telco microwave communication parts, for our existing system. Request for Quotation No. 04SQ340261 will identify the model number for each replacement part. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) is 334210. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set Aside. The solicitation is issued via ideasec.nbc.gov. The closing date for receipt of quotes will be 9:00 am on October 15th. However, all dates in this announcement are subject to change. The Government reserves the right to issue the solicitation on paper or CD-ROM if the website becomes inoperable or in the Contracting Officer determines it is in the Government's best interest to do so. Offerors should register on the website to be included on the offerors list in order to receive notifications pertaining to the solicitation, in order to access the solicitation and any subsequent amendments and/or notices. Effective October 1st, 2003, prospective vendors must be registered in the Central Contractor Register (CCR) prior to the award of a contract. Failure to register in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. The Central Contractor Registration Handbook and information on the registration process can be obtained via CCR website, http://www.ccr.gov or by calling 1-888-227-2423.
