Description

Provide on-site end user support services for approximately 200 employees. Services are to be offered 6 hours per day, five days per week. The point of service is Grand Teton National Park in northwestern Wyoming. Teton County hais the highest cost of living in the State of Wyoming, and the selected firm must be able to provide on-site personnel who are aware of the living costs and the difficulties of travel in remote, environmentally challenging conditions. Office space will be provided in support of the services provided, but all transportation costs are to be borne by the prospective contractor. Services to be provided shall includ familiarity and ability to assist with Windows 2000, Windows XP, Mocrosoft Office applications and general day to da computer questions. NPS programs include Backcountry Permits, Law Envorcement Information Systems, Windows Terminal Services, Procurement Desktop, Lotus Notes and other commonly used applications. Work may also include moving of compujterwork stations and listing and de-listing Lotus Notes and Cisco IP phone users. This procurement has been set-aside as a Very Small Business Set-aside, and only firms qualifying will be considered. This procurement will be issued as a "Best Value" Procurement and award may be made to other than the firm offering the lowest price.
