Description

Janitorial & Related Services, Social Security Administration, 2nd Street and 4th Avenue, Austin, MN., 55912. The contractor will provide all management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to provide janitorial and related services. The approximate building cleaning area for this location is 6,061 square feet. This figure is an estimate only; potential offerors are encouraged to inspect the site of performance to satisfy themselves regarding general and local conditions. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561720 with size standard of $14.0 million. This procurement is set-aside for small business concerns. The Request for Proposal will be issued on or about October 25, 2004. Specification and detailed requirements will be furnished with the solicitation and will be available via Federal Technical Data System (FedTeDS) to all interested parties.
