CONTRACTOR SUPPORT - NATO/ACLANT'S COMMUNICATIONS AND INFORMATION SYSTEMS DIVISION (CISD) Please be advised that the due date for the above requirement has been extended to 8 APRIL 2003 (1400 hrs). SACLANT Point of Contact for additional technical information is CDR Edward Delaney at 757-445-3556 (Program Management Office) and CDR(S)Tom Yambrick at 757-445-3795 (User Domain Support Office). Contracting inquiries should be directed to LCDR Frank J. Lorentzen, SACLANT Contracting Officer at Tel: 757-445-3612 (E-MAIL: lorentzen@saclant.nato.int) and Mr Kevin Mills, SACLANT Deputy Purchasing & Contracting Officer at Tel: 757-445-3252 (E-MAIL: mills@saclant.nato.int). SACLANT would be sufficient for completion of the requirement. Furthermore, if HQ SACLANT had a requirement for which a labor category and rate did not exist on the contract, then the contractor would be allowed to propose a new labor category/rate to accomplish the requirement Contract Award HQ SACLANT reserve the right to ‘split’ the award of the contract to more than one contractor. Incumbent Contractor. The incumbent contractor is Titan Systems Corporation, 350 Center Pointe Drive, Virginia Beach, VA 23462. Pricing All three Statement of Work areas should be priced separately, listing labor categories, hours, labor rates and total estimated price for each. The figure of 1800 hours should be used to calculate one man-year. Labor rates Offerors should quote a labor rate that covers work performed at Government and Contractor sites. i.e. Offerors should not quote different rates for work performed on different sites. Technical Assistance Agreement (TAA) A TAA will not be required for work performed overseas or aboard ships. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-MAR-2003).
