- THIS MODIFICATION IS BEING DONE TO INCLUDE NSN: 3740-00-641-4719. THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL DEMAND (EAD)QUANTITY IS 3290 EA. THE GUARANTEED MINIMUM QUANTITY IS 658 EA. THE REQUESTED DELIVERY IS 77 DAYS ARO. THE ISSUE AND CLOSING DATES REMAIN THE SAME. Solicitation Number, SP0450-05-R-0103, RD042290030000, consists of (1) NSN 3740-00-191-3677 AND 3740-00-641-4719, Insecticide Sprayer, Manually Carried, Hand Operated-Compression. In accordance with CID A-A-55748. FOB Destination. Destination inspection required. QAP 002 applies. Requested delivery is 44 days ARO. This is a commercial item. The request for proposal is a Small Business Set-Aside which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract with one base year plus four option years. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 795 EA. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 146 EA. Automated Best Value System applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Stock delivery going to (SNG) New Cumberland, PA depot and (AQ5) Tracy, CA. Surge and Sustainment will be required. The solicitation will issue on ?
