- The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, manpower, equipment and supplies necessary to perform: cleaning of the DOE Forrestal Complex, inlcuding the Child Development Center, also floor maintenance, snow and ice removal and pest and rodent control. Total estimated area to be cleaned is 1.4 million square feet. The base period for this contract will be for 12 months with four twelve month option periods. Award will be made to a single firm. The work is set-aside for small business. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 561720 with a size standard of 14 million in annual average receipts over the last three years. The solicitation is expected to be issued between October 22-29, 2004. The solicitation will be available through the Department of Energy's Industry Interactive Procurement System (IIPS).
