- Services Non-Personal: The Operational Contracting Division, Tinker AFB, OK intends to solicit offerors for a GSA, Schedule 36, 100% Small Business Set-Aside, Delivery Order to provide all labor, tools, parts, materials, equipment, transportation and incidentals as necessary to perform Information Management Services (IMS) for the 72nd Communications Squadron and its tenant organizations located at Tinker AFB, OK. IMS includes, but is not limited to the following types of services: Base Information Transfer Center, Document Security Section, Satellite Office, Publications and Forms, Staging, Records Management and Base Classified Destruction Facility. The Period of Performance include a Base Year and up to four (4) one-year options to be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government. A Best Value Contractor will be selected utilizing procedures set forth in FAR Part 8.4, Federal Supply Schedules and FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Contractors must be registered in the Centralized Contractor Registration (CCR) system in order to receive a contract/delivery order award from any DoD activity. Contractors may access the CCR at www.ccr.gov. The NAICS Code is 561499. The Size Standard is $6 Million. A Request for Quote (RFQ) is scheduled for release on or about 13 Oct 2004. A site Visit/Industry Day will be held at Tinker AFB, OK in the near future. Details of this site visit will be detailed in the forthcoming RFQ regarding the time, date, and location of events. A "draft" Statement of Work (SOW) will be uploaded to allow all prospective offerors interested in submitting a quote to review. All questions regarding the "draft" SOW shall be submitted via e-mail only to Kelly Benton at kelly.benton@tinker.af.mil. All interested Small Businesses who hold a GSA Schedule, number 36, will be given an opportunity to bid on this requirement by accessing FedBizops, reference number FA8101-05-Q-0003, to download the solicitation and all attachments. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies for commercial contracting contained in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. The RFQ Closing date is scheduled to be on or about 08 Nov 2004.
