- ?This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities(FBO) page located at http://www.eps.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line(NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command.? The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation number N00024-04-R-5475 for the procurement of MK 53 DECOY LAUNCHING SYSTEM (NULKA) Modification Kits. It includes the associated program management and logistic support planning requirements. The contractor is responsible for the design, construction, testing, quality assurance and delivery of the Modification Kits. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted on the NAVSEA Contracts Directorate home page (http://www.ep! s.gov or http://www.neco.navy.mil ) on or about 14 OCTOBER 2004.
