Description: The U.S. Government currently occupies 15,545 rentable square feet of office and related use space at the Turfway Business Park, 5 Spiral Drive, Florence, Kentucky, under a soon to expire lease. The General Services Administration plans to negotiate a succeeding lease at this location based on economic, mission, and other factors. The Government will relocate only if consideration of economic and other factors are supported, including relocation and upfitting costs. All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be included as part of the rental consideration.
