- Written Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide all supervision, personnel, transportation (courier vehicle), labor (armed professional guards) and other items and services necessary to perform the driving, pick-up and delivery of cash and other monetary documents from the Altus AFB Commissary located in Altus, Oklahoma in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The period of performance will be for a base year of October 26, 2004 thru September 30, 2005 and will include one option year that may extend thru September 2006. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about October 8, 2004 with a tentative closing date of October 18, 2004. The anticipated award date is October 20, 2004. This procurement is being issued as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS Code is 561612 and the business size standard is $10.5 million. This RFQ will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov. Potential offerors are encouraged to use this website to obtain a copy of the RFQ in lieu of requesting a paper copy. Request for paper copies must be in writing and addressed to: Defense Commissary Agency, Contract Management Business Unit, Services Division (CICSD), ATTN: Lynne' F. By submitting a quote, the quoter acknowledges the requirement to be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award of any contract or purchase order.
