Description

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Center intends to award an order for public sewer/sewage services for the Charleston campus on a sole source basis to the North Charleston Sewer District, 7225 Stall Rd., North Charleston, SC. The period of performance is from date of award to 30 September 2005. This is a utilities purchase IAW FAR 41; Procedures for purchase IAW FAR Part 13. Interested parties with capability to provide sewer services to the FLETC in Charleston may submit documentation sufficient to determine that the interested party has the capability to provide sewage services to the facility. The Government reserves the right to make award on a sole source basis. Any questions must be submitted in writing to Cindy Doster, fax 843-743-2049 or email cindy.doster@dhs.gov. No solicitation will be issued unless other sources are identified.
