Description

RFP 858-15-05 Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System 2200 Fort Roots Drive (90C/NLR) North Little Rock, AR 72114 Service to provide and install concrete grave liners with lids. NAIC- 453998 Request for proposal are presently being accepted for service agreement to provide and install Concrete Grave Liners with Lids for the Little Rock National Cemetery located at 2523 Confederate Boulevard, Little Rock, Arkansas. The service period is November 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 with two (2) option years. The contractor shall provide all material, labor, and services necessary in accordance with specifications detailed in the solicitation. Interested parties may submit their request for the solicitation package by fax- 501-257-1055 or by e-mail to Donna.Landrum@med.va.gov or in writing at the address listed above. All requests for proposal must be received by October 27, 2004 by 4:30 PM CST.
