Description: Contractor shall provide all tools, labor, transportation, supervision, and parts necessary to provide full maintenance and repair services including preventive maintenance inspections (includes telephone & on-site service) for the listed Fuji equipment, located at The Gulf Coast Veterans Healthcare System, 400 Veterans Avenue, Biloxi, MS 39531, and outpatient clinics in Mobile, Alabama & Pensacola, Florida, as listed. Proposals shall be done on an all or none basis. Operator/applications phone support for users required. Services to be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract for the period October 1, 2004, through September 30, 2005, with one (1) option year.
