Description

The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB, AL, intends to award a sole source purchase order to West Group Publishing 620 Opperman Drive, Eagan, MN 55123. This purchase is for the following law book 2005 updates: Law of Environmental Protection Deskbook, Encyclopedia of Mississippi Law, Nebraska Court Rules & Procedures State and Federal, Patent Law Handbook, Newburg on Class Actions volum 4 edition, California Evidence Code, Forms and Agreements on Intellectual Property and Licensing 3rd edition, Comptroller Generals Procurement Decisions, Guam Reporter and Statutes CDROM, Uniform Commercial Code Legal forms 4th edition, Arizona Criminal Law and Rules, Law of Toxic Torts, Government Contrct Library CDROM. This requirement is a sole source procurement under the authority of Section 201, 40 U.S.C 501 Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949. This will be a firm-fixed price purchase order contract. If there are any other businesses that can provide the above law book updates, they must respond with supporting documentation before 3:00 p.m CST on 15 Oct 2004.
