Description

Solicitation Number FA8601-05-T-0006 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). ALL QUOTES ARE DUE BY 12:30 PM (EST) ON 21 OCTOBER 2004. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This RFQ is being conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (Fac) 2001-25, Effective 05 Oct 2004 + Class Deviation 2004-o0001. THIS ACQUISITION IS UNRESTRICTED, FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. The associated NAICS 333112. The size standard is 500 employees. This following item(s) is manufactured by The Toro Company. Only Toro Brand Name quotes will be accepted for compatibility purposes. This RFQ has one line item which includes the following: One (1) each Toro Multi-Pro 5700-D Sprayer, 300-gallon self-contained, Toro Model 41581 One (1) each Open Boom 18.5?, Toro Model 41027 One (1) each Pro Control Electronics Toro Model 41086 One (1) each Pro Foam Marking Kit Toro Model 41572 One (1) each Electric Hose Reel Kit Toro Model 41569 Eleven (11) each Light Blue 1.00 gpm nozzle @ 40 PSI Toro Model 95-9188 A copy of FAR Clause 52.212-3, Contractor Representations and Certifications- Commercial Items, shall be completed and submitted with quotation. A copy is available under this solicitation number at http://www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil/. FOB point is Destination (Wright-Patterson AFB OH). Quoted prices shall be delivered (F.O.B. Destination) prices. All quoted prices shall be effective for a minimum of 60 days. Offerors shall include their best possible delivery with their quotes. Award will be based on best value to the government, see FAR 52.212-2 ? Evaluation ? Commercial Items. Evaluation factors are price, adherence to required specifications, and delivery. The Government will make an award from this request for quotation to the responsible quoter whose quote will be most advantageous to the Government.
