- The Capital District Contracting Center at Fort Belvoir,Virgina is modifying the original notice. The following changes are. Delete The Contractor shall provide 24 one bedrooms, 46 two bedrooms and 4 three bedroom apartments. Replace with The Contractor shall provide 19 one bedroom 11 two bedrooms and 3 three bedroom apartments. Add, The Contractor will provide, up to twice annually per apartment, full cleaning service and maintenance inspection to include carpet cleaning, dusting, basic trash removal, exchange of linens and towels, touch up painting, routine electrical inspection, appliance inspection, changing of door locks if necessary, and exchange of all damaged housewares accessories. The Contractor will be given up to ten business days to complete these tasks on the dates specified by JADOC. Under living room/dining room specifications, delete, color television 19 inch. Replace with, color television 25 inch or larger with RCA jacks. Under bedroom specification insert the phrase, All be drooms are to include. Also add in specification:VCR player, telephone with 20 foot cord per bedroom. Under the phrase, Bath and hand towels, and face cloths should match. Include 2 blankets per bedroom. Under the statement, All apartments shall be furni shed with the following miscellaneous equipment, add Decor package, two silk floral arrangements in living room, designer pictures. The designer picture quantity per unit will contain, 3 pictures in all one bedroom units, 4 pictures in all two bedroom unit s and 5 pictures in all three bedroom units. Also include, Kitchen Starter Kit includes roll of paper twoels, 1 liquid detergent, 2 diswasher detergent, 1 coffee, 2 creamers, and 2 sugars. Bathroom starter kit includes, bar of soap, roll of toilet paper, tooth brush, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, sewing kit, and shoe mitt per bathroom. Also add two ashtrays. Closing date will not change nor will closing date be extended. All other terms and conditions previously stated on original notice rema in unchanged.
