- The Department of Veterans Affairs VAMC Birmingham, AL requires contractor to provide all necessary labor and materials required to repair patient aids such as wheelchairs and scooters of VA beneficiaries within the state of AL, and a 20 mile border of the surrounding states in accordance with all terms and conditions of the solicitation for the period 12/1/04 - 11/30/05 with 2-1 option years, subject to the availibility of funds. The NAICS code is 811211, size std is $6.0 million. The issue date is 10/8/04 and offer date is 11/8/04. This is a 100% small business set-aside and providers place of business should be located in the states of AL,FL,GA,MS, and TN.
