- The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command proposes to acquire, on a sole source basis from Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control, Cage Code: 04939, TEDAC-TADS Spare and Repair Parts for the Government of Israel(GOI). No telephone request will be accepted. the Government intends to award a contract under the authority and justification for Other than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), based on the determination that the Government needs can be satisfied by one source. There is no technical data package available. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
