Description

Provide all labor, personnel, supplies, vehicles, transportation and equipment necessary to perform Operations and Maintenance Services at Green River Lake, Kentucky, for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District, Louisville, Kentucky. G reen River Lake is located in South Central Kentucky, in Taylor and Adair counties, approximately 8 miles south of Campbellsville, Kentucky. Contract performance will be for a total of five years, which is comprised of a one-year base period and one four-y ear option period. Award of this RFQ will be based on Best Value to the Government, with Technical Ability, Experience, Past Performance, Price, and Project Management Plan being the evaluation criteria used to make the award decision. Estimated value of this RFQ is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Scheduled Site Visit and Pre-Proposal Conference will be held. Dates will be posted on the Louisville District Web Site. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 21 Oct 2004 and an approximate due date of 22 Nov 2004, 4:00 PM Local Time. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS, NAICS 561720 ($14mil).
