Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) intends to negotiate, on a sole source basis, with the National Association of Institutional Line Management (NAILM) its membership renewal for a base year, with four one-year options. The proposed action is for membership coverage and test-pieces service for VA medical facilities with laundry and non-laundry processing capabilities. Accordingly, the Government will negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes but responses received on or before October 25, 2004, will be evaluated. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Information should be submitted to Priscilla Lee at Priscilla.lee@mail.va.gov and please cite RFP 101-09-05. The NAICS Code 813920 applies to this requirement.
