- CONTACT Carlos Diaz,Electronics Engineer, (732)532-5144. Sources sought for Spares part of the AN/TPN-31 Air Traffic Navigation Integration and Coordination System (ATNAVICS) and the AN/FPN-67 Fixed Based Precision Approach Radar (FBPAR). These syste ms provide radar surveillance and air traffic control to military and commercial aircraft. The Government does not possess specifications and/or detailed drawings for the spares to be procured. Currently, the spares are being provided by Raytheon Electroni cs Systems, Sudbury, MA. Raytheon is the original developer and integrator of the ATNAVICS and FBPAR systems. As part of this effort, changes to existing software may be needed to achieve required performance within the system. Software is proprietary to Raytheon and is not available for competitive procurement.
