Description
The United States Government desires to lease approximately 18,000 rentable square feet which must yield 15,650 to 16,430 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of office and related space in the following delineated area: Beginning at the intersection of Walden Avenue and Transit Road in Depew; North on Transit Road to Robinson Road; West on Robinson Road (becomes Lockport Road) to Packard Road; South on Packard Road to Porter Road; East on Porter Road to Williams Road; South on Williams Road to River Road; South on River Road to Military Road; South on Military Road to Sheridan Drive; East on Sheridan Drive to North Union Road; South on North Union Road to Walden Road; East on Walden Road to the point of the beginning. Term: The Government is interested in a five (5) year term with termination rights by the Government at any time after 12 months. Special Requirements: Offered space must be protected with a minimum of 82 foot setback from roadways and parking lots. On-site parking for 75 vehicles must be provided. Space can be on no more than 2 contiguous floors (5,100 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet on one floor with 10,550 on another). Preference will be given to space located in a single story building. General Information: This is an inquiry for available space and is not to be construed as an invitation to bid. Expression of interest should be submitted within 5 days. The space must meet requirements for handicapped access in accordance with PL-90-480 (as amended). Owners & Authorized Agents: Submissions by other than an owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the owners granting permission to make a general offering of the space. In instances where the offeror is representing more than one property, the owner shall furnish an acknowledgment of the multi-representation.
