Description

The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing approximately 23,929 Rentable Square Feet of space to yield 20,808 ANSI/BOMA Office Area square feet of space. Occupancy date preferred November 15, 2005. New construction will also be considered. A new construction site must meet 50’ set back requirements from building to parking lot. Lease term: 10 years, 5 years firm. Space must be located in the following delineated area: North by I-285; East by Riverdale Road/GA 139; South by Norman Drive; and West by GA 314 (West Fayetteville Road). Unique Requirements: Space offered must be in the same building and contiguous. Space offered must have potential for efficient layout, e.g. column spacing of at least 30 feet; no atriums or other areas interrupting contiguous space; no extremely long narrow runs of space; no irregular space configurations or other unusual building features adversely affecting usage will be considered. The Government requires a fully serviced lease with adequate employee parking consisting of 69 surface parking spaces.
