Description

Operation and Maintenance of COBRA Training Facility, Center for Domestic Preparedness, Anniston,Alabama. RFP will be issued as full and open. Facility is a surety site with responsibilities for performance of work in a chemical agent environment. Services include service work order, preventive maintenance, HVAC, plumbing and utilities, grounds maintenance, waste water treatment, water treatment, sewer systems, safety control operations, air filtration systems,operation and maintenance of incinerator and autoclave and laundry of protective overgarments. Contractor employees are required to be members of a chemical employee reliability program. RFP will be issued on FEDBIZOPs on/or about November 2, 2004.
