Contracting Officer: Arla Allen, 804-279-6133. Est Issue Date: 10 June 2004, Est Closing Date: 10 August 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. The item is a critical application item, Configuration Control. Government First Article Testing is required. Production Lot Testing is required This is a Flight Critical Safety Item. This is a Navy Critical Safety Item. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 490 days after FAT approval. Subject RFP is for a Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 100 each. A technical data package is NOT available at DSCR, do not submit requests to DSCR-VABA The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
