Description

The US Army Research, Engineering and Development Center, Natick Contracting Division, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Fluent Inc., of Lebanon, NH, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, a quantity of 2 each, Fluent/Gambit Analysis Software with Training. Fluent Inc., is the only licensed vendor of their proprietary software, Fluent 6 and Gambit. All questions and/or inquiries must be submit ted either by datafax or e-mail.
