THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT, AMENDMENT NUMBER FOUR, TO W914NS-04-Q-0210 IS TO Establish a new DUE DATE OF THE a limited revised QUOTE AND TO clarify the requirement. 1. Contract line item 0005, Repair parts for grain wagons (Tdgs) type 420Vd manufactured by “Zastal” of Zielona Gora, Poland: 0005aa, 50 each Slack Adjustor, drawing number 420Vd 080400-1-00. 0005ab, 150 each 12-inch Brake cylinder, drawing number 420Vd 061600-1-00. 0005ac, 1,000 each 310mm Gasket for brake cylinder, drawing number H2012A-58. 0005ad, 1,000 each Pivot Lining, drawing number 25TN 070500-1-04. 0005ae, 200 each Seal for Discharge Doors, drawing number 420V 160000-1-06. 0005af, 5 each Unloading Gear, drawing number 420Va 290000-1-00. 2. The due date of the limited revised quote is to 21 October 2004. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (18-OCT-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
