Description

THIS AMENDMENT INCORPORATED THE FOLLOWING CHANGES - change Section B, CLINS 006, 007, 016, 017, 026 and 027 to reflect one (1) Guidebook and one (1) Desk Guide, change Section C, paragraph 2.1.3.2, to read in part, "Provide approximately 14 research studies?", change Section C, paragraph 2.1.3.3, to read in part, "Provide approximately 11 research briefs?", and change Section C, Attachment J.2, Technical Exhibit - Performance Requirements Summary (Fixed-Price) to read, "On a quarterly basis, the CO may assess a 1% disincentive of the applicable CLIN price if any one of the performance standards falls below Excellent, 2% if two of the standards are rated less than Excellent, 4% if three are less than Excellent, and 5% if all four are rated less than Excellent. The CO may assess an additional 5% disincentive if any standard is rated less than GOOD. The total disincentive that may be applied will not exceed 15% of the CLIN. Any disincentives shall be applied to all of the tasks completed and accepted during the calendar quarter evaluated. This procurement is unrestricted. PLEASE, NO PHONE CALLS.
