Description

MEON V3 modification to provide a Suite of Infrared Countermeasures (SIIRCM) Compatible Test Sets. The US Army Aviation and Missile Command, Research, Development and Engineering Center (RDEC) plans to award a contract to Amherst Systems, Incorporated (a subsidiary of Northrop Grumman Corporation), 1740 Wehrle Drive, Buffalo, NY 14221-7032 through ESL D efense Limited in the United Kingdom. This solicitation is for a new sole source Firm Fixed Price contract to provide a Suite of Infrared Countermeasures (SIIRCM) Compatible Test Set (SCTS) to be used to verify the installation and performance of ultravio let (UV) and infrared (IR) missile warning receivers and self protection systems on army aircraft.
