Description: One (1) lockbox for the collection of land leases for the Palm Springs Agency of the Office of the Special Trustee. Contractor is responsible for the collection of checks and coupons for the land leases. Making copies of checks and coupons to be sent to the Palm Springs Agency on a daily basis. Average number of leases collected per month is 100. Provide a monthly analysis report of the previous months lease collections. The Office of the Special Trustee (OST) does not have internet access.
