- NASA/NMO plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the following Commercial services: annual physical examinations, with laboratory work and analysis, for approximately 55 Government employees. Examinations shall focus on maintenance and improvement of the health of employees with emphasis on prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and care of illnesses and injuries caused or aggravated by the work environment. The award will be for three years with two one-year options. The Contracting Office address is: 4800 Oak Grove Drive, Mail Stop 180-802S, Pasadena, CA 91109. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The NAICS Code and Size Standard are 621111 and 500, respectively. The anticipated release date of RFP NAS7-05-10 is on or about November 2, 2004 with an anticipated proposal due date of on or about December 2, 2004. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. An ombudsman has been appointed, see Internet note "B". The solicitation and any documents related to this procurement will be available over the Internet. These documents will reside on a World-Wide Web (WWW) server, which may be accessed using a WWW browser application. The Internet site, or URL, for the NASA/NMO Business Opportunities page is http://prod.nais.nasa.gov/cgi-bin/eps/bizops.cgi?gr=D&pin=54 Prospective offerors shall notify this office of their intent to submit an offer. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the Internet site for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any).
