Delivery: on or before 31 March 05. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 22 Sep 04 and the approximate response date will be 22 Oct 04. FY 05 Funds apply to this requirement. No obligation will be incurred until FY 05 funds availability has been certified. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and award to a small business concern under the authority of FAR 19.502. No telephone requests.
