Description
NSN: 2915014857506PR, Part Number: 1269M86P02, Noun: TEMPERATURE SENSOR. Item Description: BELLOW FROM TEMP ACTING ON A HELIUM ATTACHED TO A METERING VALVE BODY WITH FUEL FITTING ATTACHING FUEL LINE P6 AND PD TO THE MEC. THE FUNCTION OF THE SENSOR IS TO REGULATE P6 AND PD PRESSURE TO THE MEC BY ACTION UPON THE SENSING BELLOW FROM TEMPERATURE ACTING ON FILLED SENSING COIL THROUGH A METERING VALVE. Appl: F110-100. Destination: FB2039. BEQ is 31. However the following quantity ranges will be solicited: 16 ? 22 each, 23 ? 30 each, and 31 ? 39 each. Delivery: July 2005. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 4 November 2004. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 6 December 2004. The anticipated award date will be 31 December 2004. Written and electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. No telephone requests. The solicitation must be printed from FedBizOps by the contractor. This office will not mail solicitations. All responsible sources solicited may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered. Note: While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price and past performance factors as detailed in the solicitation. Note: Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government?s requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Note: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential Offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
