This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Cage Code (78286) and Allen Aircraft Products INC. (82829), because this part must be acquired from a manufacturing so urce(s) specified on a source control or selected item drawing as defined by the current version of DoD-STD-100. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
