- The government is performing a market survey to determine the potential interest of small businesses for an upcoming requirement. This requirement provides for program management, engineering design, industrial work, operational verification and other installation support services necessary to accomplish the SPAWAR C4ISR maintenance, modernization and new system installation processes. The majority of the work required under this contract will include Program and Project Management, Pre-Installation Support, Installation Support, Post Installation Services, Quality Control.
