Description: The Missile Defense Agency (MDA) intends to negotiate and award a sole source contract extension to contract HQ0006-99-C-0008 with SPARTA, Inc. Under this contract, MDA is acquiring scientific, engineering and technical assistance services for continuing Threat Systems Engineering Program support to the MDA Deputy for Systems Engineering and Integration. The period of performance for this extension is 1 October 2004 to 31 January 2005, for an estimated 12 MYE. This extension is necessary to avoid disruption of services while completing the re-procurement of the TSEP requirement.
