Description: The workshop HOW TO SUBMIT A MOBIS PROPOSAL will be offered on November 18, 2004 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the George Mason University Procurement Technical Assistance Program, 4031 University Drive, Suite 200, Fairfax, VA 22030. This course is designed to assist the student in completing the MOBIS solicitation in preparation for submission of a proposal to the GSA. Examine the procedures for admission, evaluation requirements for contract award, and how to maintain the contract once it has been awarded. Cost is $125.00.
