Description

The VA Health Administration Center intends to award a contract for a software solution that allows the Health Administration Center (HAC), Beneficiary Provider Services (BPS) contact center management that will provide real-time and reporting capabilities around the following areas: 1.Staffing ? Analyze the utilization of resources at the group and individual level. Provide high-level overviews, detailed information, and summaries regarding employee occupancy. 2.Adherence - Provide data related to agent adherence to schedules and summarize administrative information, e.g., absenteeism, vacations, meetings. 3.Performance - Compare forecasts and prediction to actual contact center performance for contact volumes, handling times, service levels, and staffing. 4.Workforce Planning - Provide information on hiring requirements and costs associated with new employees. This contract will be awarded as "full and open" procurement. The NICS is 541990. The Business Associate Agreement and all other appropriate and relevant forms must be returned with the submittals. The service is to be preformed at the VA Health Administration Center (VA HAC), 300 South Jackson Street, Denver, CO. Please provide at least two (2) hard copies of the cost ad technical proposals to the VA HAC at the address listed on the SF 1449
