Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set aside for GSA contract; offers will only be accepted from contractors with current GSA contracts under GSA Schedule Number 70. The US Military Entrance Processing Station has a requirement for maintenance of optical mark readers,during the period 01 Oct 2004 through 30 Sep 2005. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811212; the small business size standard is $21,000,000. Awards will be made to the lowest priced responsible, responsive offeror. SOLICITATION SUBMISSION: The offeror will submit a quotation for the following: Contract Line Item 0001: Provide maintenance service on Optical Mark Readers at various MEPS locations(67)OpScan 8/50 Model8/501 Optical Mark Readers, during the period 01 Oct 2004 through 30 Sep 2005: 12 Months@$________=____________. Solicitations are due: 27 Oct 2004, 2:00 P.M., Fort Knox Local Time. Solicitation shall be received at Army Contracting Agency, Fort Knox, Directorate of Contracting, Building 1109B, Room 250, Attn: Cartie Arvin, Fort Knox, KY 40121-5000.
