Description
Q. Are these services currently outsourced or being done in-house? A. This is a new requirement. Some of these sevices may have been performed in the past through GSA orders and Simplied Acquisitions for individual events. Q. How are other office in EPA handling these services? A. to the best of our knowledge, other offices handle their specific needs in a variety of ways. Either through existing contracts, simplified acquisions or GSA schedule orders. Q. What is the method for dealing with travel/related expenses? A. Travel shall be approved in writing by the EPA Project Officer and shall comply with the Joint Travel Regulations. Q. Will the contract be an 8a set-aside? A. That has not been determined. This sources sought synopsis is market research to help the Agency determine capable sources. Q. Are there other areas of capability/expertise you are looking for beyond experience providing conference planning, meeting development and logistics outreach services? A. Yes, the sources sought synopsis indicates that we are seeking to identify firms which possess the necessary technical cpapbilities to support Environmental Justice activities. Q. Do you expect for the contractor to technical expertise in the Environmental Justice arena. A. Yes Q.Will the contractor be responsible for developing and overseeing the meeting program content? A.
