Description

SYNOPSIS: Provide all labor, tools, materials, and equipment to increase the water storage tank processed water fill rate and the water tank hot water heatup capabilities for the aircraft wash station at the USCG Air Station Corpus Christi, Texas. The work includes but not limited to the following: 36 KW heaters for bulk heating controlled by a manual selector switch, the 3 KW heaters controlled by a temperature sensor to hold a 120 F set point against heat losses to the environment, new level sensors installed on each tank, suction piping from the tanks and discharge piping to the runaway wash station insulated and aluminum clad, wash station hose reels replaced with stainless steel reels, power to the heaters provided by a new underground electrical duct bank running from the hangar to the water processing shed, and some electrical work inside the hangar. The applicable North American Industry Class System (NAICS) 2002 code is 238220. The small business size standard is a three-year averaged annual gross receipt of $12.0 million. Estimated construction price range is $100,000 and $250,000. Performance period is 90 calendar days. Bid, payment and performance bonds are required.
