Description

Veterans Integrated Service Network 2 (VISN 2) is seeking a consultant with Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS) expertise to conduct a network-wide Workflow Analysis and develop Return on Investment (ROI) performance metrics. Offerors must have experience in planning and implementation of a film-less environment within health care systems. Selected consultant will be required to make on-site visits to VA Medical Centers in Albany, Bath, Batavia, Buffalo, Canandaigua and Syracuse and outpatient clinics in Rochester and Rome to interview staff and gather required information. VISN 2 will use the deliverables to develop a planned system design and prepare solicitation documents. This solicitation is unrestricted and NAICS Code 54161, Management Consulting Services, applies. Estimated cost is < $100K. Solicitation documents will be posted on or about 10/29/04.
