PRON: AX4F0417AX, NOUN: Support, Bell Crank, NSN: 3040-01-325-7874, PN:70400-08163-043, Quantity: 100 each applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. F.O.B. Origin with delivery to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 100 each 315 Days After Contract Award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 198 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 100 each 210 DACA. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, 6900 Main Street, Stra tford, CT, Cage Code: 78286. This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Firms that recognize and can produce the required items described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under CAPSAR policy relating to Source Approval Request for Aviation Requirements information. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by th e Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
