Description

Furnish all labor, personnel, vehicles, transportation, equipment and supplies, necessary to perform Park Attendant Services at three lake projects in the Green River Area, located in central Kentucky. Lake locations are (1) Barren River Lake, locate d in Barren, Allen and Monroe counties in south -central Kentucky; (2) Green River Lake, located in Adair and Taylor Counties in south-central Kentucky; (3) Nolin River Lake, located in Edmonson, Hart and Grayson Counties in south-central Kentucky. There a re a total of six campgrounds, three (3) each at Green River Lake and three (3) each Nolin River Lake. Barren River Lake is comprised of four (4) campgrounds, one of which (Quarry Road) is a day-use site only. There will be a total of ten awards (one for each campground) made from this Request for Quote (RFQ), each with an estimated value of $100,000 or less. Contract Base Period will run for a one-year period from date of award. Performance periods will run from approximately 11 April thru approxima tely 29 October , depending on location. This Request for Quote (RFQ) contains an option clause to extend the contracts for two (2) one-year periods. Award of this RFQ will be based on Best Value to the Government. Factors to be considered for award will be Experience, Past Performance, and Price. This RFQ has an approximate issue date of 04 November 2004, and an approximate due date of 01 December 2004, @ 4:00PM, Local Time. THIS PROCUREMENT IS 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS.
