Description

Project No. A-03-1100, Expand Bldg 229 at Camp Zama, Kanagawa-ken, Japan. This project includes (but not limited to) (1) architectural work (removal of existing exterior&interior of Bldg 229 and construction of additional concrete structure to Bldg 229),(2)mechanical work (installation of air conditioning, ventilation and plumbing systems, (3)electrical work (conduit wiring,lighting fixture,and fire detection & alram system), and (4) minor civil work. Performance Period: 210 calendar days after receipt of award. Performance Bond (100% of contract price) is required for this project. The offeror is also required to submit Past Performance Information for the most relevant 5 contracts to this project by 23 Aug 04. All offerors are encouraged to participate the site orientation on 10 Aug 04, 1000 hrs. Participants will meet at Main Gate, Camp Zama, Kanagawa-ken, Japan. (Note: Advance notice to POC below is required.) ******* NOTE: THIS SOLICITATION IS INTENDED ONLY FOR LOCAL SOURCES IN ACCORDANCE WITH FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION 5.202(A)(12).
