Description

REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR 15,000 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE SPACE LEASE FACILITY IN IDAHO FALLS, ID I. INTRODUCTION Bechtel, BWXT Idaho, LLC (BBWI) Management & Operating Contractor of the Idaho National Engineering and Environmental Laboratory (INEEL), is requesting an Expression of Interest (EOI) from property owners to provide office lease space for approximately 75 personnel. II. BACKGROUND The INEEL is a Department of Energy (DOE) National Laboratory located approximately 50 miles from Idaho Falls, Idaho and is comprised of several facilities located outside of town and in the City of Idaho Falls, including nuclear research and development laboratories and treatment, storage and disposal facilities, research and administrative facilities. III. FACILITY REQUIREMENTS 15,000 square feet Phone and computer connection availability Restrooms Office space for approximately 75 individuals Parking Air conditioning/heat 3 month fixed term lease with three-3 month options to extend 30 day cancellation clause IV. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS Qualified respondents must provide two printed copies of the following information: company name, address, point of contact, email, phone/fax numbers, and a concise summary report that describes the available facility of the respondent. Respondents who provide insufficient information will not be considered further. This EOI is totally separate from all other solicitations involving property rental requests for the RAP Program.
