Description: The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to Collaborative Testing Services, Sterling, VA for proficiency testing subscription services for laboratory tests in accordance with accreditation guidelines outlined under the American Society of Crime Laboratory Directors/Laboratory Accrediation Board (ASCLD/LAB). This service is required for FBI personnel to maintain their accreditation under the ASCLAD/LAB program. This is not a request for comeptitive proposals.
