Description

The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide all labor, material, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to provide inspection, maintenance, test, and service to maintain ROBERT SHAW DMS-350, DDC SYSTEM located the Edward Hines Jr., VA Hospital Campus, building #215, Information Technology Center, Hines, Illinois. Anticipated period of performance is November 1, 2004 through September 30, 2005 with four (4), one-year option renewal periods, at the Government?s discretion. The resulting binding agreement will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The acquisition is a 100% Small Business, Set-Aside. NACIS 541513 ($21Million). Offerors are reminded to complete all sections of the solicitation, including the Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items. Anticipated award effective date is November 8, 2004. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about October 26, 2004.
