Required delivery with First Article Testing is 300 each, 146 days after Contract Award (DACA). The First Article Test Report is due 105 DACA. Required delivery without First Article Testing is 300 each, 1 17 Days DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. All responsible sources may sub mit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above.
